I love writing and recording what I see in Zeeland around Walcheren and Kamperland and have 5 years to share with you of happy memories made with my husband and 3 children who arrived as babies and toddlers with a bucket and spade and are now becoming teens and need water sports!  So 'join' me on my journey through this beautiful place where we spend quality family time!

I'm originally from Shropshire in England, an AOAB 'area of outstanding national beauty!'  Where ever I'm going I'm comparing my childhood in the green, agricultural, historical Shropshire hills, towns and villages and the wonderful people who live there with where I'm going.  My children are being raised in Brussels and are half Dutch and half English I want to give them the best childhood I can offer.  I also want some quality time for me and for my husband and with our multicultural family and friends.  I hope my website and blog helps you to get the most out of your holiday in beautiful Zeeland. I have enormous respect for their past times, history and culture.
